Who is behind this

My name is Greg Prince. I am a solo founder, self-taught AI builder, published fiction author, and 25-year competitive powerlifter. Before building AI products, I ran a renovation business for 14 years. I know what it is like to run an operation, wear every hat, and make decisions with real consequences.

I did not come to AI through a computer science degree. I came to it the same way most business owners do — by using it, breaking it, figuring out why it broke, and building something better. That background is the point. I understand the problems you are trying to solve because I have had most of them myself.

Everything I build and deliver I use myself. ICM is not something I read about — it is how I run my own operation.

Why ICM

I spent a long time watching businesses — including my own — use AI the wrong way. Not wrong in some technical sense. Wrong in the sense that the results were inconsistent, the time savings were not showing up, and nobody could explain why it worked some days and not others.

The answer was always the same: no structure. Good tools, good intentions, no foundation. ICM is the fix I kept wishing existed and eventually built for myself. Now I build it for other businesses.

The goal is simple. When you work with me, your AI should know your business, follow your processes, and produce reliable output — without you having to re-explain yourself every time you open a new session.
