Folder Workspace Automation

Take Back Absolute Control
of Your Business Data.

Scattered files and broken software workflows waste hours of operational time. We build structured, local file systems that keep your company knowledge secure and completely under your own roof.

Your team keeps starting from scratch.

Every project, every new hire, every tool handoff — the same knowledge has to be explained again. That is not a people problem. That's a structure problem.

Knowledge lives in people's heads

When the person who knows how something works is unavailable, the work stops. Or worse — someone guesses. Your operation should not depend on who is in the room.

Everything gets reinvented

The same process gets documented differently by different people. The same question gets answered from scratch every time. There is no single source anyone trusts.

Tools do not know your business

You bring in new software, new people, new systems — and have to explain how your business works all over again. The knowledge never travels with the work.

One structured folder system. Everything your operation needs to stop repeating itself.

Your processes, your context, your voice — organized once, in plain folders on your own machine. No new software. No subscriptions. You own it from day one.

Most businesses have the same problem: the knowledge that runs the operation lives in people's heads. When someone needs it, they ask around, dig through old emails, or reinvent it from scratch. Every time.

We build you a structured folder workspace that captures how your business works — your workflows, your language, your processes — and puts it somewhere permanent and organized.

Once that foundation is in place, any AI tool your team already uses — Claude, ChatGPT, or anything else — can work from it directly. Instead of guessing, it reads your actual business context and produces consistent, reliable output every time.

Built on Interpretable Context Methodology (ICM), a framework developed by Jake Van Clief and David McDermott.

Things people usually ask before booking.

A fully built, populated folder workspace delivered to your machine. Not a template. Not a starter kit. A finished system built specifically for your business — organized, documented, and ready to use the day it is delivered. You own every file.

No. The workspace lives in regular folders on your computer. If you can open a folder and read a text file, you can use it. The structure does the heavy lifting — you just show up and work.

Once your workspace is built, any AI tool you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or others — can read directly from it. Instead of starting from scratch every session, the AI works from your actual business context. The workspace is plain text and markdown, readable by anything. You are not locked into any platform.

A doc or wiki is a place to store information. This is a structured system your whole operation — and any tool you use — can actually work from. The architecture matters as much as the content. Most documentation projects fail because there is no structure governing how things are organized or how they stay current. This is built to be used, not just read.

No recurring fees for the core workspace. You pay once for the build. Optional ongoing work — updates, expansions, new workflow modules — is available if you want it, but never required.

You can absolutely update it yourself. The files are plain text — open them, edit them, add to them whenever your business changes. Most clients find they want to update it regularly as their operation evolves.

Not at all. Solo operators and small teams often see the biggest gains because the knowledge gaps hurt more at smaller scale. If your operation depends on people remembering how things work, this is for you.

Monthly maintenance is available as an add-on — regular check-ins, workspace updates as your business evolves, new workflow modules, and health checks to make sure everything is still running the way it should. You get the benefits of a living system without having to manage it yourself. We can talk through what that looks like on the discovery call.
